Expert Air & Refrigeration Service is a local Austin company doing residential and light-commercial HVAC and refrigeration. We are not a big dispatch operation, and we do not run on commissioned sales.
Here is what we kept seeing in this trade: a homeowner with a tight chest, a vague diagnosis, and a quote built to scare them into a new system. We thought that was backwards. So we put the price first. Before a tech touches your unit, you hear a flat diagnostic fee. After the diagnosis, you get a plain quote and a straight answer on whether a repair will hold or a replacement is genuinely due.
